She needed to be personal and approachable in the digital space, her tone representing her at all her online touch-points. She needed to engage pregnant women and new mums. She understands them; particularly that they have – or will soon have – a tiny human to look after. So she also needed keep things simple for them, removing any potential pain points; both digitally and physically.
We created a bold brand identity, designed to empower both Shira and her clients, and designed a beautifully personal e-commerce website. We helped grow her social following of loyal and engaged mums and pregnant women, helping her acquire new clients to work with and babies to fuss over.
